Bushwick is most known for its vibrant art scene rooted in its industrial past. Once an enclave of factories, Bushwick transformed into an epicenter for street art, with colorful murals by artists from all over the world covering entire buildings known as The Bushwick Collective.

Visitors flock to the neighborhood for its eclectic galleries, trendy cafes, and diverse culinary landscape. The nightlife scene is also very popular and sought-after in this neighborhood.

There is also a sizeable Latinx population in Bushwick which is represented through the many great local eateries in the neighborhood.

  • One of the most famous nightclubs in the city, House of Yes is located in Bushwick. Avant-garde performances, immersive nightlife experiences, and vibrant parties create a unique and inclusive space for artistic expression and celebration.
  • The industrial past in Bushwick has attracted a thriving artistic community to the former warehouse spaces where you can find numerous contemporary art galleries and avant-garde exhibitions.
